Terms of Sale

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally allowed to buy and possess the products you order under federal, state and local law. We may ask for proof of age and identity, and we will refuse any sale we believe may be unlawful, including purchases on behalf of another person.

Orders

If you pay by card online, your order is placed when your payment is approved. If you choose to pay by phone or at pickup, your order is a request that is accepted when we contact you to confirm it and receive payment. Prices, availability and product details may change and errors may occur. We may limit quantities or decline any order; if we can't fill an order you have already paid for, we will refund what we can't fill to your card.

Payment

At checkout you can pay by credit or debit card online, by card over the phone, or when you pick up. Online card payments are processed by Authorize.Net: you enter your card details on their secure form, and the full amount is charged when you place the order. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Never send card numbers by email or in order notes. Orders ship or are released for pickup after payment is received.

Sales tax

Sales tax is charged as required by law. Currently that means OK sales tax on orders shipped to OK addresses and on all orders picked up at our shop.

Shipping and restrictions

• Ammunition ships by ground carrier as required for hazardous materials and may require an adult signature on delivery.
• Some products cannot be shipped to some states. Those products list the states, and checkout will not accept them for those addresses. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live, including any local or city restrictions.
• Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Delivery times from carriers are estimates.

Firearms

• Firearms are never shipped to a customer's home. They ship to a licensed FFL dealer you choose, who completes the transfer, ATF Form 4473 and background check. The dealer may charge a transfer fee.
• Firearms picked up at our shop require ATF Form 4473 and a background check at our counter, and valid government photo ID. Federal law only allows us to sell handguns in person to residents of OK.
• If a transfer is denied, or the dealer refuses it, contact us; we will work with you on a return or refund according to federal law, less any shipping and transfer costs.

Returns and damaged items

• For safety reasons, ammunition cannot be returned once it has left our possession.
• If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup with your order number (photos help), and we will make it right.
• Unused parts, optics and accessories in original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days with our prior approval; return shipping is the customer's cost unless the item was our error.

Safe use

Use our products only in firearms they are designed for, in good condition, following the firearm manufacturer's instructions and safe handling practices. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, modified or unsafe firearms, or improper storage, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.

Forum and reviews

Posts and reviews must follow the forum rules: be respectful, keep it legal, no buying, selling or trading between members, and no spam. We may edit or remove content and close accounts that break the rules. You keep ownership of what you post, and allow us to display it on our site.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest version. See also our Privacy Policy.
